Imam Hussein a.s. Governor called Imam Hussein but Imam ask for time to consult. Imam came back to home and in night Imam left Madina and went to Mecca. There while Imam was in Mecca, from Kufi people, many letters were received in which Imam was invited to Kufa. People of Kufa also promised to help Imam Hussein. Imam sent his cousin brother Muslim bin Aqeel as a messenger to Kufa to get the allegiance of Imam Hussain. The Messenger of Imam Hussein a.s obeyed and was on the way to Kufa. When messenger who was the first cousin of Imam Hussein a.s, Muslim bin Aqeel arrived Kufa there many people who were in group of Ali a.s and called as Shiites of Ali welcomed him. Many leaders of tribes from remote areas took allegiance of Hussain a.s. They also promised that they will never repeat their strange behavior with Hussain as they did not good with Ali a.s and did not support him while Ali was alive and was a Imam and Caliph in Kufa.

Suddenly he became a strange man in Kufa.
At last Muslim bin Aqeel was arrested after a short time while a widow women was helping him. Muslim bin Aqeel, after the one sided trial in court was sentenced to death. It was announced he would be throw down from the tallest tower of the palace of Kufa. His two sons were with Hussain a.s who were on the way to Kufa.
